Grief Circles & Support

I am on a profound healing journey after the death of my beloved husband in the Summer of 2025.

Jon was my compass, my anchor and the love of my life for 27 years, as well as father to my beautiful children. I dedicate Elms Wellbeing to his memory and legacy.

His loss and the grief that now walks beside me, has led to a path of deep reflection, nurturing, slowing down and re-connecting intuitively with nature. He has inspired my work to evolve to help, support and guide others in the full circle of life.

I will be adding grief circles and healing rituals in 2027.

Part of this offering will be a once a month free support session of up to 1 hour as a gift to those grieving and looking for support, guidance or advice on arranging a nature-based memorial, celebration of life or tribute to a loved one.

I found such solace and beauty in looking towards nature, the seasons and the elements to honour my husband's life and I want to support others to do the same. To find a softer, wilder and more aligned way to honour life and the transition to death.

There is so much that needs to change around the culture of death and grief in this country and I want to be part of that healing and transformation.

Support around creating your loved one's celebration of life

I can also provide support and guidance in helping you to celebrate your loved one in a way that embraces nature, honours the 5 elements and is aligned with your needs.

Having walked this path of grief and remembrance recently, I found a beautiful, wild and personal way to honour my husband in memorial, celebration of life and nature pilgrimages. I would be so honoured to share my discoveries, experience and empathy with you.

To explore how I can support you with planning a memorial, tribute or celebration of life, please just get in touch. I am offering one free session a month of up to 1 hour of personal one-to-one support as a gift to meet you in your grief.

We can arrange a call or if you are local, we can gather for coffee or a walk in Brecon, Crickhowell, Hay-on-Wye, Llangorse or Talybont-on-Usk.

If the month you wish to book is already booked up, you can select another month and I will do my best to find a space for you.

In honour of Jon Elms

My beautiful husband and partner of 27 years inspired this journey.

You left the world, or so I thought,
But loss is not the end we’re taught.
You rose in root and branch and breeze,
A whispered soul in dancing trees.
