I’m an antenatal, hypnobirthing and pregnancy yoga guide offering accessible birth preparation with an holistic focus.

I want you to feel calm and confident, excited and clued-up, respected and attuned with your mind and body, to know all of your options and to have realistic expectations about pregnancy, birth, your postnatal journey and beyond.

I’m here to help you achieve that through knowledge and sharing powerful yet simple techniques to help you to understand, listen to and trust your body, mind and instincts by tuning into your inner wisdom and guide. Let's work together to inform all of your choices in pregnancy, birth and matresence.

I offer hypnobirthing circles for mums to nurture their pregnancies and prepare for birth holistically, alongside practical antenatal workshops for birth partners and mums to prepare together.

Hypnobirthing and Birth Preparation Circles: complete antenatal education course over 3 or 4 weeks, prepare your mind and body for birth, learn coping and calming skills for life, nurture your pregnancy and discover what you need to give birth comfortably, safely and with confidence.

Active Antenatal Workshops for Mums and Birth Partners: learn practical techniques for birth, massage, rebozo and active birth positioning as you move, breathe and relax together.

Both are available as group sessions or you can book as a private session in your own home within the Abergavenny to Brecon or Hay-on-Wye area, or as an online option if you prefer. Just get in touch to discuss your needs.

Postnatal Support & Community
Alongside my antenatal offerings, I provide a continuity of care with nurturing mother-centred baby massage circles and bump and baby forest groups.
​
These sessions are designed to support you in motherhood and to create community for families to foster a connection to nature and to each other.
​
I created these sessions as they are what I wish I had had when I became a mum for the first, and second time.
​
This is your forest of support, giving you time to relax with your baby, to feel held, supported, nurtured and welcomed. Come just as you are, without expectations and find a warm, safe space to connect, commune, take a healing breath, enjoy a gentle stretch to release and relax your amazing body, as you recover from birth and feel celebrated and honoured in your transition to matresence wherever you are on your motherhood journey.

Mother and Baby Massage Circles: build up to a full body baby massage routine over 5 weeks with mindfulness, relaxation and a circle of support for mums.

Tree Babies and Bumps Forest Group: for expectant parents and new families to connect to each other, to their babies and children, and to each other with nature crafts, seasonal refreshments and an introduction to forest bathing.
