About

I’m Ceri Elms, a widow and mother of 2 wonderful children, my moon and sun, who are my muses and the reason I set up my first antenatal and postnatal business over 9 years ago. I live in the beautiful Brecon Beacons with my kids, an energetic dog, a cheeky cat and more yoga mats than any person really needs.

My Story

I have a background in TV production, theatre, events and festival management, but my real passion lies in creating nurturing, healing, relaxing and empowering spaces and sessions, filled with nature, connection, community and support.

I am a huge lover of nature and am always drawn to the seasons, the elements, woods, forests, rivers, waterfalls, oceans, waterfalls, sunsets and sunrises, rainbows, mountains and the moon. Nature is my happy place. It is my safe space. I have found great solace, healing, therapy and hope in reconnecting with nature as part of my grieving process, and I want to share this path with you.

I always look for the glimmers, and I always find them in abundance in nature: the crunch of leaves underfoot, the rush of wind in long grass, the happy chatter of bird song, the warmth of sunlight on the skin, the reflection of trees in water, a bee gently buzzing over a flower, a red kite soaring wild and free over the hills, the magnificence of a double rainbow, wispy white clouds of dragon's breath laying low in the valleys, the smell of lavender and rosemary filling the garden after the rain...

It is an invitation to slow down, to notice, to appreciate the little things, to feel, to be truly present, to leave behind the hustle and bustle and worry and pain for a while, to stop being busy and just...be.

This is what I want to share with others, a reminder that nature is us, and we are nature. We can return to ourselves, by turning to nature. Nature invites us to get out amongst her, and to tune in to ourselves and the rhythm of nature herself.

Learning to honour and work with the seasons and the phases of the moon transformed the way I live. I started to lean into nature as a guide, slowing right down to really notice the tiny details and the beauty all around, to awaken my senses fully to truly feel, and to connect deeply, not only with nature, but also with myself.

It makes sense to take our cue from nature and be busy and productive in Spring, to feel abundance and energy in the Summer, to start harvesting the seeds we've sown in late Summer and Autumn, and to pause, hibernate, rest and embrace Wintering.

My pockets are always full of acorns, leaves, flowers, shells, sticks and pebbles, mementos of days out, adventures and a way to bring nature back home.

I am a green witch and love to celebrate the wheel of the year. I have a thing for oracle cards, candles, crystals, cosy fires, the moon, manifestation spells, grounding and releasing rituals, rosemary and sage smoke wands, creating nature altars, journalling, cooking with the seasons and filling vases and pots with herbs, wildflowers and nature finds.

I weave little bits of this magick into my sessions as it is a big part of me and my wellbeing and soul journey.

I love walking, yoga, meditation, reiki, sound baths, asmr and connecting with others, ideally in nature.

This is the heart and soul behind Elms Wellbeing.
