Nature Connection
Nature is a healer and I want to share the rituals and practices that keep me rooted to nature and help me nurture my wellbeing so that you can experience this too.

Connecting to nature boosts mental and physical health and wellbeing. It lowers stress, enhances our mood, offers relaxation, promotes gentle activity and exercise, and helps ground and support us.

Follow the spiral of nature, awaken your senses, tune into the seasons, honour the elements, be guided by the cycles of the moon and find the glimmers and beauty all around us.

I offer guided wellbeing walks and nature circles for all ages and abilities, and Tree bumps and babies forest groups to reconnect families with nature and foster a life-long love and appreciation of the great outdoors.

I am attuned in Reiki 1 and 2 and incorporate elements of this energy healing practice into some of these offerings.
