Service Description
As parents, we are our baby’s guide and we can offer nature to baby, and baby to nature, gifting them a sensory rich experience and offering up a life-long love of nature. These beautiful guided sessions combine mindfulness, forest bathing, ecotherapy, nature activities and relaxation. They encourage you to slow down, appreciate the beauty all around, observe and connect with your baby, with nature and with other local parents. Baby-wearing is advised as this is an outdoor walking group for the most part, with some time to sit, relax, enjoy a tea or Cacao ceremony, free play for little ones and mindfulness moments back in the venue.
